Debra Jones, CEO and lead consultant, believes business results are attained largely by effectively engaging and leveraging human capital with the right tools, training and coaching. That belief, along with her passion for developing high performance organizations and leaders, led her to establish Performant Solutions, LLC. Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, she serves clients in a variety of industries including software, higher education, manufacturing, insurance, services, health care and non-profit.

With 25+ years of experience leading human resources functions in domestic and global high-growth, high performance companies, she is able to quickly and effectively identify and implement strategies to create “best places to work” cultures and employment brands. Debra is accomplished at developing processes and programs in all areas of human resources administration and management, leadership development, hiring, assessments, employee engagement and employee retention.

Debra is certified as a Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR) and is active in both the national and local Society of Human Resources organizations. Debra holds bachelor degrees in both education and psychology.

Debra is also a certified on the 360 Solutions Trainer and a member of the High Performance Leadership (HPL) Faculty. She is also certified and trained as a Personalysis Facilitator.

Debra lives in Carmel, Indiana with her husband Gregg and her dachshund, Jasper.

Kelly is a Human Resources and Organization Development professional with 26 years of experience. Kelly earned her B.S. Degree in Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University, and actively maintains the SPHR Certification. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Organization Development (MOD) from Bowling Green State University in August, 2015.

Since December2014, Kelly has been providing Organization Development consulting services to leadership teams and organizations in Indianapolis. Kelly’s passion and excitement is contagious and her clients have benefited from her guidance and enthusiasm. She lives in Carmel, Indiana with her husband and has a daughter who will graduate college in 2016. Kelly and her husband love to sail and spend time on the water.

David is a senior Talent Acquisition leader with over 15 years of helping companies succeed by attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent. His experience spans small startups in IT, Software, Information Security, Food & Beverage, eCommerce, and Oil & Gas industries. David has been active in providing talent acquisition consulting and leading searches for Performant Solutions specializing in hard to fill positions. His clients love him! He holds a B.A in European History from Indiana University, Bloomington. He has a swan of a wife of 23 years and a gaggle of children ages: 30, 21, 19, 14, and 11. Passions: Matching great careers and companies with talented people.

Nan is a career Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience as a human resources generalist. Simply put, she can do just about everything there is in HR. She is skilled in employee relations, benefits administration, and implementing best practice processes to help companies create sustainable systems. Nan has been working with Performant Solutions since 2014 and provides her clients top notch service and high value. Nan graduated from Indiana University with a degree in retail management. She and her husband have a grown daughter and enjoy travel.

April has a background in marketing and human resources and provides Performant Solutions and our clients with administrative services. April basically does everything she can to keep all the balls in the air! She has been working with Performant Solutions since 2015 supporting client hiring activities such as preparing and processing new hire paperwork, coordinating background and drug screens, administering assessments and employee handbook design. April graduated from Ohio Northern University with a BA in Communication. April and her husband have two beautiful daughters and share a passion for travel to exotic places, gourmet food and raising their girls.
